Algarve Classic Festival
The Algarve Classic Festival is a racing event with historic cars. In fact, it is the biggest classic car event in Portugal. The festival exists since 2009. Since then, it has become quite popular. If you like the beauty and sound of classic racing cars, don’s miss this unique event.
What to expect
Expect the best historic racing cars competing against each other. There will be about 300 teams and 500 drivers from all over the world. The weather around this time is usually still fine, so you can enjoy a bit of sun as well. The races are divided into 11 different categories, which are as follows:

Where?
The Algarve Classic Festival is held at the Autódromo Internacional do Algarve, also known as the Algarve International Circuit. This circuit is located near Portimão. The exact address is:
Sítio do Escampadinho, Mexilhoeira Grande,
8500-148 Portimão, Portugal
This circuit was built in 2008 and is thus quite modern. It offers a total of 32 different track configurations and has a total length of 4.684 metres.
When?
In 2022, the Algarve Classic Festival takes place from 28-30 October.
What is the entrance fee?
A normal ticket (at the main grandstand) costs € 8. A ticket at the Paddock stage costs € 10 for the Friday races, € 15 for the Saturday races and € 25 for the Sunday races. A weekend ticket costs € 30. You can book your tickets here:
